Accredited Coursework Hourly Requirements

Courses are 40 hours:  Any accredited course addressing preparation for IQCB certification shall adhere to the following blueprint:

Nine domains. One standard.

The Blueprint defines what every IQCB-certified practitioner is expected to know, from the history of EEG to the evidentiary standards that govern its use in court. Updated periodically to reflect developments in the field.

Requirements

Application Requirements to become an Accredited Course Provider

  • 75% of the course must be taught by a QEEG-D™.
  • Electronic applications only. Please provide to iqcbadmin@iqcb.org:
    1. Timed course outline
    2. CVs of all instructors
    3. Copy of slide decks
    4. $200 application fee to be purchased online or via check.
    5. Accreditation is good for 2 years – however any major changes in the coursework must be provided to IQCB during this time.

Approval

Once you have been approved as an accredited course provider

Within 10 days of course completion, please send a Provider Course Report and a list of students who completed the course to iqcbadmin@iqcb.org.

Additionally, all students must submit a completed evaluation within 30 days of completing the course.

A training fee of $50/student will also be required regardless if they have applied for our certification program. The fee is not required for IQCB certificants who enroll in training for the purpose of recertification, provided a separate certificate is issued documenting recertification credit.

Approved course providers can also submit QEEG-specific courses for recertification CEs for listing on our website
